CERTIFICATION & REFINED PLACE AGREEMENT

LIFE CATALYST CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Upon digital signature.

Parties: Refined Recovery Network LLC ("RRN") and the Applicant named below.

1. PURPOSE

The Life Catalyst Certification ("LCC") is a court-recognized recovery specialist designation issued by RRN. It qualifies the holder to serve as a court-appointed recovery guide, provide structured accountability to court-referred individuals, and submit compliance documentation to participating courts and agencies.

2. THE REFINED PLACE REQUIREMENT

By accepting this certification, the Applicant agrees to open and maintain a Refined Place within 180 days of certification issuance.

A "Refined Place" is a structured, Christ-centered recovery environment that must:

  • Accept court-referred individuals as the primary population served
  • Operate the RRN 12-Step curriculum as its primary program
  • Use the RRN Ministry Operating System for member management and compliance reporting
  • Maintain the doctrinal standards of Refined Recovery Network
  • Submit compliance reports to referring courts through the RRN platform

3. CERTIFICATION SCOPE

The LCC authorizes the holder to: receive court-referred individuals; generate court-recognized compliance documentation; represent RRN to courts and agencies in their designated region; and operate under the RRN platform license at their Refined Place.

4. OBLIGATIONS

  • Complete all required LCC training modules within the RRN system
  • Open a Refined Place within 180 days of certification
  • Maintain the Refined Place in active, compliant operation
  • Not misrepresent the certification or court-compliance authority
  • Report any material operational change to RRN within 30 days
  • Pay applicable licensing and platform fees per the Platform License Agreement

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The RRN curriculum, platform, LCC designation, and all associated materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Refined Recovery Network LLC. The Applicant receives a limited, non-transferable license for use only within their Refined Place and court-authorized activities.

6. REVOCATION

RRN may revoke the LCC for: failure to open a Refined Place within 180 days; closing or abandoning the Refined Place without notice; misrepresentation to any court or agency; violation of RRN standards; or failure to maintain required platform licensing. Revocation is immediate. All court-compliance authority ceases upon revocation.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing, the Applicant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms — including the requirement to open a Refined Place within 180 days.
